Green Chemistry

One of the most challenging tasks faced in the maintenance of many industrial plants such as in the food industry, restaurants, garages and car washes is the cleaning and maintenance of drain lines and grease traps. In a typical food service operation, ongoing and nightly cleanup results in large quantities of greasy solution mixed with high levels of chemical detergents that eventually find their way into the drainage system. Bio-detergent, using substrates of blended bacteria, is a green solution for treating more in-depth grease and petrochemical residue on surfaces.
